For our Client, the world's leading video and e-commerce retailer, we are currently looking for IT Manager responsible for SAP and Software Engineering processes.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will be responsible for leading a Software Engineering team in support of the QRG Technology Strategy. This team will operate following an Agile Methodology and will be comprised of Software Engineers, QA, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. Your role will require partnering with Value Stream leaders in IT and the Business to deliver prioritized capabilities within the Value Stream backlog. The potential functional areas to support include Merchandising, Marketing, Content, Customer Purchase & Service, Supply Chain, Corporate Service, Enterprise Data Management, and/or SAP.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate, you need to hold min. 5 years of practical Team Lead experience leading Technical teams together with min. 3 years in Software Engineering team management and min. 3 years of experience in SAP. You must have broad knowledge of Software Engineering leadership and strong experience in Agile (understanding of Waterfall methodology will be an asset). Also, you need to be experienced in building Software Engineering team. Additionally, your experience in operating in a SOx and IT General Computing Control (GCC) environment would be strong advantage. Moreover, experience with both On Prem and Cloud implementations is strongly preferred. Due to work in international environment, you need to hold strong knowledge of English language.
