IT Manager (financial sector)
On this position you will be responsible for managing IT team dedicated to three different European locations.

Our Client is a well know company from financial sector. For their developing structures we are looking to hire experienced candidate for the role of IT Manager
Description
- Leads the IT team for Financial Services in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Steers, plans, verifies and controls IT projects and IT operations activities
- Is responsible for the delivery of the IT project portfolio, all support levels (helpdesk, 2nd and 3rd level support) and IT operations for the locally managed SF applications according to the operations SLAs
- Is responsible for the IT budget for Run the Bank and Change the Bank
- Ensures the international cooperation
- Ensures a regular reporting regarding IT projects and IT operations
- Is responsible for change management and release management
- Steers external and internal partners in all IT delivery and operations activities for locally managed SF applications
- Is responsible for the maintenance of the SF applications of the local IT landscape
- Supports definition of IT architecture
- Leads IT projects from the requirements definition, via implementation/development and test-phases, documentation until the rollout
Profile
- University degree in IT or comparable experience
- Experience in Financial Services
- At least 8-10 years of experience in IT (beneficial would be financial background)
- At least 6 years of experience in leading an IT-team, being a project leader and managing IT operations
- Experience in leading a team and steering external providers; experience in agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of IT project and IT operations management
- Knowledge and experience in project management methods and agile methods
- Deep knowledge of Financial Services products and processes
- Fluent English, German would be beneficial
- Strong communication, planning and problem solving skills
