Our client, Delphi Technologies, a Top 50 - Tier 1 automotive supplier with $4.5B in annual revenue, over 20K employees, with operations in 24 countries and conducting business with customers in over 150 countries, are looking for a dynamic and engaging IT Lead who can lead from the front and support in building out their new IT department globally.
Your new role
The IT CoE Lead ERP will establish and drive the global ERP community for corporate Support Functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement, Investor Relations, Legal etc.). The ERP community has a clear business existence supported with a clear business/application strategy and IT roadmap. The IT CoE Lead ERP has a solid mastery of ERP business unit operations, processes, IT applications and underlying technologies. Is responsible for ERP operations and ERP project execution in line with the functional roadmap and ERP standards. The IT CoE Lead ERP reports directly to the IT Head Solution Delivery corporate Support Functions.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Resource Planning, Computer Science.
- 15+ years relevant work experience of progressively responsible experience in ERP area, during which both professional and management capabilities have been clearly demonstrated.
- Experience managing large (global) complex ERP projects and teams.
- Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure results.
- Works collaboratively with multiple levels to develop solutions that work effectively
- Ability to overcome challenges in remote and dispersed working such as overseas locations, cultural differences, split time-zones to ensure positive interactions
- Ability to successfully deliver in a global environment
- Track record of creating business engagement and credibility via business value delivery; balance of business and IT interests
- Proven strong leadership skills within the project team and in the business community.
- Clear thinker who anticipates and develops strategies for anticipated future consequences and trends in the ERP space
- Proven ability to build and motivate a team to achieve well communicated expectations.
- Possesses strong IT, planning, and financial knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong management of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Sound decision-making skills
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
