Your new role
As IT Infrastructure Manager You will join a team responsible for implementing, supporting and overseeing the IT needs for the company Poland facility with the potential for additional facilities in Europe. You will have a combination of daily project management responsibilities as well as responsibilities for the delivery of key infrastructure projects working within HQ and with operating companies around across EMEA. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to facilitate efficient connectivity to local country systems and file shares, attending to the day-to-day IT operational needs of the new facilities and multi-country support/facility supporting. You will report to the HQ Director of Infrastructure. What’s more, you will be a self-starter with strong organization and communication skills with a background of delivering infrastructure projects of varying technologies in an enterprise environment. A working knowledge of networks and office operations is required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have at least 5 years of experience with managing of IT projects, strong leadership, influence and collaboration competencies and general knowledge of IT systems in EMEA region. Moreover, you need to have operations/management experience, project management knowledge, shared services center experience and systems integration experience Fluency in English is required.
