What you will be doing
- Lead strategic projects and provide architectural support for enterprise-level IT solutions predominantly in the infrastructure area
- Take responsibility for delivering day-to-day IT operations with particular attention to availability of required services and their performance
- Manage overall IT environments and drive their continuous improvement providing excellent end user satisfaction
- Balance IT resources and relevantly respond to their demands
- Manage and cooperate with both IT and non-IT teams at international level
- Report to CTO and top management of a global IT organization
What we expect from you
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience that includes team / departments management
- Vast knowledge of IT systems in the area of networks (and their security), system administration / engineering and data center operations
- Excellent management and people development skills
- Knowledge of ITIL and best IT practices
- Experience in implementing enterprise-level and strategic IT projects
- Liaising with 3rd parties and establishing long lasting relationships with clients
- Expertise in creating and designing state-of-the-art IT solutions that address and meet business needs
- Skills in collaboration with top management
