On behalf of our Client, a global Business Service Centre established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of IT HR Application Specialist.
Your new role
Holding the position of IT HR Application Specialist you will be expected to support and develop HR applications in an international environment – primarily SuccessFactors. Moreover, you will take care of troubleshooting functional and technical incidents occurring within the area and escalating on need basis to the external support providers. You will be in charge of minor configuration and development (incidents, service requests, CRs) according to support and change management processes. You will perform platform level administrative tasks in co-operation with the Concept Owner and you will participate in HR IT projects based on your skills and interest areas. Other duties will include acquiring HR system knowledge and communicating relevant information to the stakeholders. You will be main point of contact for HR in operational matters.

To be successful in this role you will need a can-do attitude. We provide you a collaborative work community as well as the latest knowledge and information of HR cloud systems. Fluent English language is required.
