IT Helpdesk
We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join to our IT Helpdesk team. Less experienced candidates will start from Junior position.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT-related help to our internal users
- Keep our desktops up-to-date with the latest updates; identify and resolve problems
- Train computer users, create internal documentation; enforce the IT security policy
- Setup computers for new employees
- Help with ongoing internal projects which might include: Maintaining content on our websites, Web research, Finding, reproducing and reporting bugs in our software
Required skills
- Power-user level knowledge of the Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office environment
- Fluent written and spoken English –min B2
- Technical education background or equivalent experience
- Experience with basic computer hardware maintenance
- Logical approach to problemsolving
- Ability to work under pressure
Beneficial Skills
- Basic level knowledge of the computer networks, Voice over IP –SIP
- Experience with administration of Windows Server, Debian Linux
- Basic programming/scripting skills
