IT Helpdesk Advisor with Italian and English language
Responsibilities:
Act as the technical contact for customers within the Service Desk
Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customer's end users
Route problems to internal staff
Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
Requirements:
Written and verbal fluency in Italian and English language
University degree (computer science or similar)
Interest in pursuing career in IT field
Experience in a customer support/service environment
Organizational and multitasking skills
