For our Client, an international business company located in Kraków, we are looking for IT Helpdesk Supervisor.

Within this role you will be leading and developing a small team, acting as a senior support resource for service desk staff in resolving client issues. You will be monitoring day-to-day service desk activity and recommending modifications as required, leading and supporting the activities of Service Desk staff including shifting planning, work load balancing and ongoing supervision and providing input for performance assessments. Your duties will include maintaining and applying an in-depth knowledge of systems, applications and related support systems in order to diagnose and resolve end user problems.

We are looking for candidates with about 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk and previous experience in people management. Fluent English is also required as well as an understanding of intercultural communication.
