IT HELP DESK AGENT with GERMAN
Miejsce pracy: WrocławResponsibilities:
- First line of support for internal users via E-mail, WebChat or Phone
- Ensuring that notifications are requests are assigned and tracked in a precise and timely manner
- Collaboration with other consultants - transfer of orders to the 2nd level customer service
- Identify service improvement opportunities to key service management stakeholders
- Further development and maintenance of existing knowledge database
Requirements:
- Fluent German and very good knowledge of English
- Experience in Help Desk or education in IT field
- Computer and MS Office skills
- Developed communication skills
