IT GRC Specialist
Location: Poznań
Job type: Contract B2B
Responsibilities:
- Support the IT Governance, Risk & Compliance manager in reviewing system documentation through the system life cycle (e.g. validation/quality plans, risk assessments, user requirements and functional specifications, test protocols and executed test protocols during design, infrastructure, operational and performance qualification phases),
- Follow-up delivery of system documentation and report progress to his/her manager,
- Document and follow-up IT exceptions, risks and corrective actions,
- Provide trainings on IT system validation and qualification,
- Provide advices to his/her manager on IT system validation and qualification process improvement,
- Conduct IT system risk assessments,
- Support IT system owners in IT controls implementation,
- Monitor IT systems for IT controls effectiveness,
- Assist the company during audit and participate to inspection readiness program,
- Assist the company in the evaluation of IT risks.
- Good knowledge of IT processes and the IT validation model (e.g. GAMP),
- Basic understanding of general information systems risks and controls,
- An understanding of application software architectures (e.g. experience of application development, software testing, system implementation or application support),
- Basic understanding of Pharmaceutical (GMP/GCP/GLP) and/or Financial (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations,
- Good problem solving, conflict resolution, communication and writing skills,
- Fluent in English (written and verbal),
- Minimum 6 months’ work experience in IT system validation/qualification or IT Quality Assurance is a plus and IT Audit experience is a plus.
