Web developer (with React or Vue)
- Location: Full remote / Poznań
- Rate: 80-130 PLN/h net on B2B
- Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
- Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 18 months
- Branch: project in healthcare sector
- Working hours: flexible start
What will you do:
- Documents and Records Management (DRM).
- Senior Analyst, partnering with Business and Tech groups, supports them in managing and archiving their documents with proprietary information.
- Ensures Tech documents (containing requirements and controls steps) are available, followed, updated, and aligned with external and internal regulations.
- Supervises communication and training process for all Tech Users (13K) regarding any changes or new releases.
- Supervises management of documents in repositories and resolving any issues.
- Ensures coordination of Records Retention activities.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years relevant (e.g. Pharma, Tech, Audit) experience
- Expertise of Risk Management processes and standards
- Expertise of Quality Management Systems and how a business unit deploys this methodology.
- This role requires a high capability in problem solving and the ability to provide a risk based approach to implementing policies, procedures and processes in a balanced and pragmatic manner.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory trends in the Pharmaceutical industry is foundational to success in this role.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with all levels of IT, business and 3rd party organizations, including senior stakeholders at SVP, VP and Director levels
- Understanding of service definition and process improvement methodologies
- Understanding of Tech documentation
- Attention to details
