Your new role
The IT Director Global Solutions ensures an optimal composition of the overall backend IT Solution Delivery encompassing all Systems of Record (SoR) of Powertrain, Aftermarket, Support Functions (incl. ERP) and shared IT in order to enable and contribute to strategic and operational success of the company, in as well as across all global regions.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in Business Information Management or Computer Science At least 10 years of experience in the fields of IT Solution Delivery management
- Solid experience in managing traditional and agile IT initiatives, ideally in the automotive industry (ERP and non-ERP)
- Strong managerial experience across large-scale, complex and global organizations
- Strong delivery management and relationship management skills u7p
- Excellent awareness of commercial commitments and liabilities
- Leadership, negotiation, delegation and influencing skills at the highest level are key to this role
- Ability to overcome challenges in remote and dispersed working such as overseas locations, cultural differences, split time-zones to ensure positive interactions
- Ability to successfully deliver and add business value in a global environment
- Knowledge of and experience with identifying business need and requirements that will be used to draft a contract and negotiate contract conditions
- Strong management of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Sound decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
