Your new company
For our Client, internationally recognized company that is building IT centre in Wrocław, we are currently looking for candidates interested in role of IT Vendor and Cost Manager.
Your new role
On this position you will design and develop models and methodologies for future cost modelling and unit costing for Enterprise Technology services, ensure formal regular contract reviews and performed and vendor management process is in place and ensure negotiation process and all related governance processes and policies for the IT organization is adhered to and completed prior to final approval to validate the acquisition is done in the best interest of the company (legal, technical, financial). You will work with multifunctional teams, provide input when needed relating to strategies and negotiations with suppliers that deliver completion and minimal risks to establish effective contracts working with the Procurement organization and you will prepare contract executive summaries and executes contract approval process in accordance to policies and process. Moreover, you will design and prepare various reports that highlight results of current initiatives and provide cost savings summary, contract roadmaps, resource utilization etc. Additionally, working as an IT Vendor and Cost Manager you will maintain the contract database in order to manage the timely renewal of reoccurring contracts and hardware/software maintenance renewals and you will adhere to policies, procedures and standards including but not limited to Guiding Principles, Project management, Change Management, Internal and External Compliance such as Health & Safety, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and support.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be relevant candidate you need to hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information systems and 5+ years of related experience in procurement, IT vendor management and finance. Moreover, you must be proficient in the delivering services in Global environment with geographically distributed teams and you must have experience is working with IT product vendors and partners. An adequate candidate should maintain knowledge of technical developments, staying informed as to industry practices, knowing how to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs. IT in a FDA and SOX regulated environment in previous job history is required. Due to work in international environment, the company is looking for candidate with good English skills.
