IT Coordinator - Senior IT Administrator
Tasks:
- Management and development of the local IT Team.
- Being responsible for the development, administration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
- Provision of IT support.
- Supervision and control of IT systems.
- Identification, selection and implementation of standards within the IT area.
- IT budget planning and administration.
- Management of measures ensuring appropriate data protection and data security, development and continuous improvement of policies and applied measures in this areas.
- Control of third-party service providers and suppliers.
- Cooperation with the Capital Group HQ to ensure right environment for cooperation, ensuring the group experience and know-how is used for development of local solutions.
- Implementing tools to improve the service of IT department.
- Contact with the shops when problems occur after work or during weekend.
Requirements:
- University degree in computer studies or a comparable degree or several years of professional experience in a relevant operating environment.
- Goog technical and business English skills.
- Minimum 4 years of experiance as a 1st and 2nd level support.
- Experience in server administration.
- Knowlage in network and backup & storage administration.
- Experience in a retail company is a plus.
- Experience in employee management, motivation and development is a plus.
