Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Month-end close related tasks
- Review IT expenses
- Check for missing postings (new contracts/invoices?)
- Check accrual levels
- Comment on development of IT expenses
IT expense related monthly reporting to
- Investment board
- Management board
Support in IT related topics such as
- Implementation/Review of cause-based IT expense allocations
- IT Budget preparation
- Capex planning
- Responsible for review of project business cases
- Other regular financial controlling tasks as deemed necessary
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject Relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis or Controlling
- Experience in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) and SAP (or other accounting systems). Practical knowledge in IT cost allocation related tools would be a plus
- Experience in leading transformative change, delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation & standardization Passionate about digitalization, new technologies and business transformation
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of enabling technology typically used within a financial services organization
- Strong interpersonal skills to network, communicate and influence at senior management levels
- Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
- Fluent in English
- German language skills would be a plus
