We are looking for a person to hold the position IT Contract Managerto one of the greatest global organization in Cracow which provides banking and financial services.
Your new role
As an IT Contract Manageryou will be mostly responsible for creating, writing, negotiating and reviewing hardware or software licensing contracts, providing responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations, preparing requests for proposals for distribution to vendors, ensuring that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines and business goals, conducting analysis of new laws, regulations and contract trends to determine potential impact on the business. Your duties will be also: ensuring that contracts are in line with corporate goals and objectives, leading complex contract negotiations and manages all changes in and addendums to existing contracts, negotiating and oversees leasing agreements and many more.
Our requirements
To be the best Candidate for this position you need to have knowledge of international contract law and mergers and acquisitions regulations, experience at similar position, expert knowledge on IT Infrastructure technical platforms/technologies, good understanding of the IT global delivery model and future roadmap, strong leadership and management skills, good communication and analytical skills.
