For our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for a person who will be interested in IT Document Controller role.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will be responsible for preparing compliance audit data by compiling and analysing internal and external information. You will provide administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies. You will facilitate a high quality documentation practice in Global IT Center and support with building a strong compliance and application. You will be involved in change management, problem management, failure investigations as well as deviation management and CAPA. Moreover, you will manage approvals, release and documents review, contract management and training coordination for the IT Center.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate, you must have 2-4 years of professional corporate experience on similar position. You need to be independent person with strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate international IT teams. Moreover, you need to have strong MS Office 356 skills, experience with training platforms, i.e. e-learnings, strong skills in document management and creating procedures for IT department. Due to work in multinational environment with business travels to Europe (from time to time) you need to have fluent English language skills (C1).
