Your new role
The IT & Change Communications Specialist role creates awareness, transparency, and a coherent GSS narrative internally in ISS. It takes care of internal messaging that not only ensures stakeholders outside of GSS are aware of what is happening in GSS, it also gives GSS employees a sense of purpose, context, clear direction, and peace to work. Furthermore, this role also supports the ongoing transformation journey within GSS and ensures organizational changes are embedded and evidenced as they were intended to be.

Your new role
The IT & Change Communications Specialist role creates awareness, transparency, and a coherent GSS narrative internally in ISS. Success criteria:
- GSS news, newsletter, and editorial plan prepared relevant to the milestones that GSS has in its transformation journey
- Shapes effective internal communication channels and creative content addressing the communication needs of employees from different parts of a global IT organisation
- Helps GSS SLT achieve relevant engagement metrics set as part of the global IT transformation journey
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in journalism or communication with at least 2-5 years experience from a media/news company, corporate communication department, communications agency or similar
- 3-5 years of experience with project communications and change management.
- Experience is preferably from a global company
- Is a self-starter and are able to effectively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of organization
- You have proven excellent planning, presentation and communication skills
- Experience with technology communications is a plus
- Excellent writing skills and know how to identify, research and present the "good" story. English is a must.
- ADKAR/PROSCI certification is an advantage
