The IT & Change Communications Manager role creates awareness, transparency, and coherent narrative for GSS for its employees and towards its internal stakeholders. Furthermore, this role also supports the ongoing transformation journey within GSS and ensures organizational changes are embedded and evidenced as they were intended to be.

Your new role
The IT & Change Communications Manager role creates awareness, transparency, and coherent narrative for GSS for its employees and towards its internal stakeholders. Furthermore, this role also supports the ongoing transformation journey within GSS and ensures organizational changes are embedded and evidenced as they were intended to be.
Success criteria:
- Communication and related change management effort for transformation programmes with IT are managed highlighting the value and benefits the business will experience.
- Ensure activities are aligned with the overall transformation strategy and full stakeholder engagement is created
- Together with IT Performance Manager, develop measurement criteria and processes that effectively evaluate communications programs including brand awareness and employee engagement
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in journalism or communication with at least 5-8 years experience from a media/news company, corporate communication department, communications agency or similar
- 5-8 years of experience with project communications and change management
- Strong experience with developing communication strategies and a sharp focus to ensure that communication supports overall GSS strategy
- Excels at handling complexities among multiple channels, internal stakeholders.
- Excellent writing skills and know how to identify, research and present the "good" story
- Must be enterprising and thrive in an environment of structured chaos.
- Impeccable English skills are a must
- ADKAR/PROSCI certification is a must
