IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders responsible for Information Security, as well as various partners within the IT organization.

Requirements engineering in identity managements area, risk/gap analysis of current state. Solution design and documentation for identified risk items Hosting workshops with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) from different bank divisions. He/she must demonstrate problem-solving attitude and be able to drive change, propose robust solutions and communicate them to all interested parties verbally and in writing.

• Overall management and completion of administrative operations
• Gathering requirements from and negotiating them with business stakeholders
• Establishing adequate Requirement work products while taking in account quality, effort and timeline
• Complete, consistent and reconciled Requirement work products
• Effort estimation regarding Requirement work products
• Detect the dependencies regarding the affected IT systems which are impacted in the project
• Finding solutions to business problems as part of the overall strategic roadmap
• Evaluating existing processes and optimizing them in terms of efficiency and risk mitigation
• Contribute information to IT Project Manager regarding risks and issues
• Ensure that Requirements are understood by all members of the project team
• Work closely together with Engineers and Technical Architects to develop feasible and economical solutions
• Define Requirements acceptance criteria in a form that enables the testing organization to develop test assets

Essential:

• Proven record in an Infrastructure Business Analyst role (min 5 years);
• Strong business analysis skills (especially documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements) with a proven record of project participation and delivery;
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and the ability to interact with both IT and the business stakeholders;
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (previous experience is a must), we do not want a business analyst that does not understand some of the technical details
• Basic engineering skills/experience :
• able to query a database for specific data, understand what a database is/etc (like SQL or similar)
• excel knowledge to be able to do charts/pivots etc
• deliverables/artefacts in terms of software (requirements document, document solution design, functional/non functional requests etc)
• Tools: use of JIRA/Confluence is a MUST
• Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field or equivalent experience;
• Experience in corporate culture environments;
• Ability to manage client expectations and control/deliver the project; despite possible changes to requirements and scope;
• E2E delivery - business stakeholders/Requirements/test support;

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of user authorization and identity management mechanisms in highly secure environments
• Access Management / Security/Risk Management related experience would be a plus
• Basic understanding of AD/LDAP is a plus
