Your new role
- Working closely with stakeholders from Wealth Private Banking as part of transformation and regulatory projects.
- Using a range of analysis techniques and methodologies, be responsible for collecting, understanding and documenting business requirements and translating these into functional and system design specifications.
- Work as an integral part of global cross functional project teams, contributing analysis skills through all phases of the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business / Solution Analyst, gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience of financial services
- Experience in working within cross functional teams (business, operations, IT)
- Strong experience of MS Office (typically; Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence (or similar)
- Strong experience with writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios OR Strong usability requirements analysis, UI Mockups, Wire Frames and Prototypes
- Hands-on attitude for various software delivery process elements if needed (such as testing, direct release preparation)
- Experience with Agile (ideally Scrum or SAFe)
- Strong analytical, documentation and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent/very good English
