We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Wymagania

Key Accountabilities:

Work with the Project manager and Programme Manager and Architect(s) to ensure all business analysis activities are fulfilled satisfactorily.

Ensure business requirements are met or exceeded, on time and within budget in line with business targets;

Identify and engage all key stakeholders, contributors and business and technical resources that must participate in the assigned projects

Create required project artefacts using group standard tools;

Conduct Current State analysis within the domain to better understand:

Current systems landscape

Data entities & data flow picture

Functional model mapping

Key business pain points

Data Quality issues

 

Requirements:

2+ years' experience as Senior Business Analyst within Financial Services (Retail, Wealth, Commercial Banking areas)

Good understanding of KYC, AML, Fraud, Sanctions Screening domains

Experienced in working within matrix project team

Experienced in working within Agile delivery model and project structures

Business Process modelling & Re-engineering experience is vital using BPMN 2.0 standards.

Data analysis experience

Excellent written and spoken English

3+ years Agile experience

Understanding and implementation of key agile artefacts

Requirements decomposition to User story mapping

Jira experience

BPMN 2.0 Business Process modelling experience

MS Office (with Visio) experience

Casewise 2.0 experience is desirable

Good leadership and matrix management skills

Relationship management and networking skills

Outstanding business judgement and capacity to consult on and satisfy business needs

Excellent presentation and negotiating skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Time management and resource management skills

Proven experience in managing significant risks and problem resolution
