For our Client, company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Business Analyst/Product Owner
Your new role
Holding this position you will collect, understand and document business requirements, and translate these into prioritized backlog of work items. You will also act as a stakeholder proxy for Agile teams and facilitate work by making informed decisions about the product. Your duties will also include managing requirements’ dependencies with other teams, negotiating and reprioritizing as appropriate. You will also provide information and support both for the development team, as well as stakeholders and external parties, throughout the full product lifecycle. You will also be expected to represent the team inside and outside the organization in a professional manner.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess excellent understanding of Agile principles, Scrum methodology – especially Product Owners’ role and toolkit – documented by industry recognizable certification (i.e. CSPO, PSPO). You need to hold strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, IT Business Analyst, Business Stakeholder, IT Stakeholder or any similar role consisting of gathering and analyzing requirements, as well as a minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in quantitative sciences or related field (a degree in computer science will be an asset). You also must possess strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and teams, as well as excellent skills in MS Office suite and Agile tooling (Jira/Confluence, RTC or similar).
