IT Assistant Project Manager
Krakow
Key Accountabilities:
Organize and take part in meetings concerning project activities
Track, monitor, report project progress to Project Manager
Support governance of CMB UK projects by creating Clarity reporting, project demand vs supply etc
Generate and update necessary documents on ongoing basis (including requirement specifications, contracts, schedules, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports)
Assure adequate communication and timely Management Information to all project work streams
Organizing project structure and documentation flow
Requirements:
Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle
Experience in Project Management methodology
Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
Sound judgmental skills to identify and proactively resolve problems
Experience in MI Reporting, excellent analytical skill
