Your new role
Holding this position your role will be to manage ticket priority, urgency, escalation and service level agreements (SLAs) as per agreed measures as well as handling production issues as per SLAs – Analysis/Trouble shooting/Debugging. Every day interaction with clients for requirement understanding, unclear/incomplete requirement, additional requirement, input data issues. As part of your duties you will be to provide final results to customer/end user, plan workload activity against deliverables and monitor progress effectively and assist the Project Manager in the planning and effective application of change management principles to the project, where required. You will act as Application Support Specialist to develop relationships with the aim of being seen as a trusted support personnel to customers and colleagues, lead in the problem-solving of issues through to resolution, providing considered workaround and viable solutions to the customer. You will be also involved in establish and build effective relationships with customers with excellent communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to be able to converse in German and English language, have overall 2-3 years of relevant experience as IT Specialist in corporate environment, must have experience in troubleshooting problems. Also, you must have experience in providing 2nd line of support, Access Rights, Trouble shooting and good knowledge and experience of Unix shell script, Perl script , Windows Batch script, PLSQL. You should also have ITIL Certification or Training. Additionally, Oracle PL-SQL & SQL knowledge and hands on experience on writing SQL queries and able to understand the queries and how the data can handled using SQL would be your strong advantage as well as Know-how of building Software Package. PLM User Level skills would be added advantages.
