IT Application Analyst-Programmer / IT specialist
Member of Agile and DevOps oriented team focused on the direct interactions with the business stakeholders and company strategy. The main responsibility on this position is to provide company end‑users second and third level support in order to secure daily business activities.

Description
- Implement integrations and new functionalities requested by customers and designed by IT Application and Data Architect
- Implement test automation and processes
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide Level 2nd/3rd technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems based on various technologies
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Participation in QA/UAT of internal applications;
- Basic IT environment monitoring (Windows Server, Oracle, Apache, Tomcat);
- Participation in business analysis process;
- Documentation preparation;
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance;
Profile
- At least Master degree diploma in Computer Science or similar;
- Language skills: fluent Polish and operational English.
- Knowledge of C#, OOP (abstract classes & interfaces in particular), design patterns, .Net Framework, TDD
- Knowledge of T-SQL or PL / SQL
- Nice to have: BI tools like QlikView/QlikSense
- Nice to have: experience with ETL tools and processes
- Design database structures and queries (DML/DDL)
- Refactoring and code enhancements
- Ability to share knowledge and support less experienced colleagues

Job Offer
Member of Agile and DevOps oriented team focused on the direct interactions with the business stakeholders and company strategy. The main responsibility on this position is to provide company end‑users second and third level support in order to secure daily business activities. On this position is also involved in all phases of internal applications life cycle (e.g., analysis, development and test phases, improvements, deployment). Last but not least, the IT Specialist proactively identifies risks and opportunities and, in cooperation with other team members and service providers, searches ways to mitigate the risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Reports directly to the IT Application and Data Architect.

- All other SGIP Heads of Departments,
- Partner IT department
