We are looking for English speaking Candidate who will be a part of the Global Support Service team which is the division of IT that manages all support and end-user requests. 

IT AnalystMiejsce pracy: Kraków

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for users (phone, e-mail and ticket system),
  • support remote users using desktop management tools,
  • troubleshoot and resolve problems with end-user equipment and software,
  • diagnose and resolve complex end-user support issues,
  • user account provisioning and maintenance,
  • supervise the onboarding service for users,
  • manage incoming help tickets and assign appropriately,
  • create and maintain documentation as it relates to end-user systems, support, and processes,
  • escalate issues to appropriate teams with IT as needed,
  • participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role,
  • proficiency in English,
  • technical background in both PC (Win 7/8) and Mac,
  • proficiency in MS Office suite,
  • experience using and troubleshooting VPN for remote connectivity,
  • understanding of varying IT software and hardware platforms,
  • understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS,
  • MTA, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, A+ will be a plus,
  • excellent communication skills.
