IT Analyst
Location: GdańskWe are looking for IT Analysts to join our Digital Competency Center. It is a department in which we implement solutions tailored to business needs. Projects are in the field of providing web and mobile applications to external Clients, mainly foreign. We act in various business domains from insurance, through industry, iOT, energetics and e-commerce to finance services. Applications support both front-office as well as back-office area. We run projects in agile methodologies. Communication with clients is usually in english.

We are building a new generation of our Client’s core systems, which every product lifecycle begins in. Solution is dedicated to manage all of the Customer's products down to the smallest details such as style, colours, materials. Products are divided to three main categories: footware, clothing and accessories. We are responsible for development of new modules which are part of a whole enterprise system (eg. footware production management module, labels and packaging module). The team works in Scrum and uses tools like Confluence, JIRA and Slack.
Tasks:
- Identifying business needs and proposing system solutions
- Eliciting business requirements and maintaining product backlog
- Leading project workshops with developers, business teams (may require international travelling)
- Elaborating and updating project documentation, including requirements & technical specifications, UML diagrams if needed
- Support tests of applications (eg. providing necessary input for QA team)
- Min. 3 years of experience as IT Analyst
- Knowledge of product management highly desired
- Experience in eliciting requirements for corporate web applications
- Tools and technical skills: SQL, UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect
- Excellent understanding of business priorities
- Knowledge of software development process lifecycle
- Understanding of agile methodologies
- Good written and spoken English skills
