For our Client, an international e-commerce company, located in Krakow, we are looking for Candidates for a position of IT Analyst with German (1st line)- experience in IT is not required!
Your new role
As an IT support you will be cooperating with teams as a first point of contact. You will be liable for resolving problem and answering for queries. Also working with internal system and applications and providing work development and excellent customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have very good knowledge of computer technology and be fluent in German (B2+ level). Previous experience in a similar role or working with clients will be an asset. Also you need to be familiarised with Office package and be able to work with deadlines.
