Opis stanowiska pracy
Tasks:
- Participate in ESC Site Services continuous improvement projects, incl. improvement proposals and implementation
- Develop and implement tools within ESC Site Services team to replace redundant manual data processing with automation solutions
- Research and evaluate process automation opportunities to ensure process efficiency, alignment with organization’s digital strategy, as well as policies and standards
- Participate in preparation for process automation, incl. process analysis and redesign, gaps and wastes identification, developing process flows, etc.
- Assist in preparing analyses to measure impact of ongoing continuous improvement projects
- Take care of technical enhancements on the ESC Intranet, incl. improvement proposals and implementation, as well as structure administration
Wymagania
Profile:
- Knowledge of modern IT applications across multiple platforms
- Exploring opportunities to utilize available software and applications for best performance
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and collaboration skills, strong service orientation and problem solving
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access), VBA, SQL to create and implement improvement tools and applications
- Knowledge of additional modern programming language(s) is an asset
- Affinity for IT/systems-related topics
- Fluent verbal and written language skills in English (B2 – CEFR or equivalent)
- Education background in IT is an asset
