Our client is an international well-known developer and investor. Due to the company growth we are currently looking for talented Investment Manager to join Warsaw team.
Your new role
Investment Manager is a key member of the European team, who takes a strategic view of company’s portfolio and proactively identifies actions to maximise the total property return.
Successful Candidate on the one hand will be responsible for leading and coordinating valuations of client’s assets. On the other hand will be managing transactions process (selling and buying) from investment analysis and due-diligence process up to final negotiations and closing deals, including sourcing investment opportunity and weigh up its potential against the bigger picture.
What you'll need to succeed
Therefore we are looking a candidate who has significant experience in valuation of commercial premises, analysis of Real Estate portfolio and is confident in running negotiations with internal and external stakeholders and partners at all levels. Knowledge of the industrial / office property sector regional markets would be an advantage.
