Investment Associate /Senior Associate
This well capitalized investment team is activity acquiring across a number of real estate market segments and will require an enthusiastic and open for new challenges person to provide support to the team in the analysis preparation of marketing and internal approval documents, and ultimate execution of leveraged equity investments, real estate transactions in the Poland.

For an our Client, fast growing real estate company, well known brand on the market, currently because of development we are looking for Investment Associate / Senior Associate based in Warsaw who will direct support all stages in finding, analyzing and making all models for buy or sell process of properties.
Description
- Execution - provide support to Real Estate Investment Team to ensure timely and efficient execution of transactions,
- Analysis of investment proposals, preparation of the underwriting model and any other materials as per the request of the particular Client
- Provide accurate financial models, complex cash flow modeling, for both asset & corporate deals, and running scenario & sensitivity analyses,
- Support the new investment approval process at all stages
- Prepare of documents including investment memorandums, presentations and project teasers,
- Prepare investment proposals and briefs, marketing documents for transactions such as pitch books, investor reports, and bespoke investors presentations,
- Support the divestment process at all stages,
- Prepare historical performance models,
- Work closely with the Asset Management Department, the Finance Department and the Research Department when preparing investment proposals and internal documents,
- Direct cooperation with CFO,
Profile
- Master degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance or Investment Management,
- Previous experience in the real estate industry (BIG4 - corporate finance, transaction advisory) or PE Funds, buy side or sell side experience,
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience, independency
- Experience in financial modeling is a must
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent MS Excel- very importnat, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to interact with senior executives
- Business-driven personality
- Attention to detail
