Investment Analyst - Real Estate
Due to the development of business in Poland and the expansion of structures, we are looking for an Investment Analyst who will be responsible for assessing the profitability of investments on the local market and direct cooperation with the Investment Director.

Our Client is an international investment company from real estate sector.
Description
- Monitor and analyze financial information relating to the local and the global markets
- Prepare financial models
- Analyze projects and compile results into reports and presentations for other team members
- Conduct market research on development and investment funds
- Cooperate with other analysts and investment managers
- Create and report ad-hoc analyses relating to specific companies
- Communicate with our current partners in Polish and English
Profile
- Master degree in finance & accounting, management or similar
- At least 1-2 years of experience in financial modelling / investment appraisal
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VBA is an asset)
- Knowledge of business English (min. B2) - working within international team
- High communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build business relationship with decision makers
- Attention to details
