  • lead mid-level supply chain and logistics continuous improvement projects and works collaboratively across the SCM organization to identify and recommend ways to streamline end-to-end processes
  • apply statistical analyses to develop recommendations for process improvements to drive increased customer On-Time Delivery, Reduced Lead Time and working capital turns improvement
  • provide an interface between Program Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to Improve the effectiveness of the SIOP process and forecasting.
  • manage KPIs to measure, control, and benchmark materials and procurement processes including the creation of recurring metrics reports to drive improvements for the Operations network
  • assist with the development of site-based macro plans focusing on SIOP processes and execution to optimize inventory, cash efficiency, material availability, and customer delivery
  • identify and implement new systems, processes, procedures, work instructions, and other actions supporting overall Operations Site Level Objectives
  • fluency in Polish and English
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations
  • expert user of ERP platforms, INFOR LN is an advantage.
  • proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as for example Excel, SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
  • thorough knowledge and experience with and preferably leading and effective SIOP and forecasting process
  • proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Methods including Kaizen, Pull Systems, and level loading
  • demonstrated ability to identify and scope changes to existing tools and processes using traditional project management tools and techniques
  • demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with key individuals at all levels of the organization to implement changes
  • ability to create followership and deliver results through different organizational chains.
  • the organized thought process, high attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate results.
  • Effective at meeting deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • customer-centric focus with the ability to build and maintain strong inter-department relationships.
