For our Client located in Katowice we are looking for Candidates, who would like to take part in paid internship program in Financial Department. We are looking for students/ graduates who have full working proficiency in German or Russian and English.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and review invoices and other documentation for completeness and compliance with defined policies and procedures
- Log and follow up of issues related to invoices not matched within the system
- Ensure vendor payments are properly forecasted and signed by relevant parties in a timely manner
- Interact with the Tax team for VAT and Intrastat related purposes and with the Central Accounting team
- Actively participate with the team to contribute to process improvements
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bookkeeping skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Effective written communication skills
- Communicative English and Russian or German
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Very effective organizational skills
- Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs, and email at proficient level
- 3+ years degree; Accounting preferred
