Your next role
We are currently looking for Candidates for a challenging position of International Training Coordinator, to be based in the Warsaw office. The purpose of the role is to execute training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes to drive the best shopping experience in retail environment. International Training Coordinator will be responsible for international markets in terms of drawing an overall or individualised training, development plan and detailed schedule, as well as conducting comprehensive training for management team, using various methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc). International Training Coordinator will also monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
What do you need to besuccessful?
We are looking for Candidates with minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with focus on Product and Sales Training in a global organisation, preferable female branded apparel/fashion/goods. We expect ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners and possible central departments in regional organisation, excellent communication skills and flexible approach. Excellent English knowledge is a must.
