International Sales Manager ( f / m)
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and execution of sales strategy which meets the company objectives of sales growth and earnings, while managing teams.

Our Client is a rapidly growing top class software development and IT outsourcing company , with more than 10 years of experience. Due to a further expansion, new projects and business development plans abroad, we are searching for International Sales Manager with a previous Project Management experience.
The position report to the General Manager.
Description
- Identify strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
- Supporting business development through participation in pre-sales process and managing sales team.

Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Influences the customer in the assessment, planning and management of related network projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the client's business, understanding the client's vision, goals, objectives in order to effectively communicate, manage external and internal stakeholders.
Profile
- Minimum 8-10 years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Previous experience as a Software Developer or Projet Manager.
- Excellent soft skills and a proven ability to drive results in high pressure situations.
- Experience in AGILE projects and environment.
- Strong communicator, analytical and a proven track record of working well under pressure.
- Advanced English written/verbal communication skills.
