We specialize in the recruitment of middle- and higher- ranking specialists and managers to satisfy the needs of producers and distributors of medicines, equipment and medical products, biotechnological companies as well as providers of medical services. The team acts within the framework of HRK S.A., one of the HR management consulting organizations in Poland. We offer recruitment services, assessment and development of employee potential, employer branding, career path building, as well as salary and personnel administration (HRK Payroll Consulting). Our offices are located in Warsaw, Cracow, Poznań, Katowice, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdynia.

Our Client is a well-established international company. We are currently looking for Canidates for the role of: 

International Key Account ManagerMiejsce pracy: dolnośląskie

Responsibilities:

  • Significant hands-on selling directly to key prospects, including finding, qualifying, & developing new leads.
  • Developing strong relationships with target  and existing client companies.
  • Developing, growing and managing long term partnership account relationships with major global corporations.
  • Developing annual & monthly sales plans and the strategy to achieve them.
  • Negotiating large scale contracts and refining contract templates.
  • Maintaining accurate customer sales records, forecasts, budgets, and related databases.
  • Regular domestic and international travelling (Germany, Austria, UK), including a few days per month in Polish plant.

Our expectacion:

  • Fluent English command (level C1/C2).
  • Experience in working in international environment required.
  • Min 3-5 years successful track record selling (preferred in the medical device industry, pharma industry, chemical industry or cosmetics industry).
  • Engineering discipline or business Bachelors degree required, MBA/Masters’ degree preferred.
  • Established and maintained customer relationships would be an advantage.
