Our Client has production plant near Poznań and due to increasing thier activity and upskilling team members looks for experienced Trainer with strong Lean methodologies knowledge in area of manufacturing.
Entering this role You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and assessing current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Together with functional managers elaborating induction and orientation programs that allow for the most effective preparation to work on various positions with the strong focus on production staff
- Developing and deploying a wide variety of training methods, training resources, tools, processes and facilities as appropriate
- Monitoring and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.
- Resolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary. Providing training solutions to non-standard training requests
- Providing opportunities to all employee levels for ongoing development
- Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s university degree
- Proven track record (min. 5 years of experience) as a Training Manager in manufacturing company (Must have)
- Experience of working in well-structured industrial company
- Strong experience in designing and executing successful training programs
- Very good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and terminology
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Very good analytical and observation skills
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to diagnose current and future development needs
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage effectively a variety of complex and long-term projects
- Fluency in English and Polish
