identifying learning needs
developing learning programs for the assigned region, preparing training materials
providing training and coaching sessions to a group of managers
planning and delivering product and sales trainings
managing the budget, reporting
Profile
at least 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in sales area
fluent knowledge of English
experience in managing the learning process: identifying needs, designing and delivering programs
experience in conducting presentations
ability to work in international, matrix structure with internal and external partners
open-minded, flexible and adaptable approach
