Your new role
Internal lead for implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing
Tasks and the daily work for the consultant:
- The consultant would be responsible for successfully implementing the successfactors recruitment module within the countries. The tasks and daily work include:
- Working with the countries to understand their current process vs the global template
- Conducting demos, workshops, etc. with the countries
- Driving the localisation process and enforcing global template where possible (we will have to cater for legal requirements)
- Develop materials and templates as required
- Working with implementation partner to ensure the requirements get configured correctly and according to plan
- Testing- supporting countries during testing, troubleshooting issues and escalating to implementation partner
- Working with other members within functional team to ensure alignment between modules
- Support the transformation team on change activities such as trainings, material, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing in global organizations
- Preferably for decentralized blue collar organizations with +10.000 employees
- Preferably a background as recruiter or as manager of a recruiting team
