THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals and Food organization, based in West-Vlaanderen Belgium.
This client operates in the Chemical/Food industry, and is mostly occupied with the sales of analytical tests.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You support the account managers, who leave the building every day to go out and expand market growth. You are the one responsible for maintaining the contacts they make. For this, you are sociable, flexible and multi-lingual. You are the face of the company and stay in touch through mails, phone calls and face to face meetings. You set offers and advice clients about the possibilities of their specific problem. You follow up and make sure the client experiences the service as pleasant. Are you ready for such a challenge?
RESPONSIBILITIES
• checking up on client needs (mostly by phone)
• offering advice to clients
• following up on offers
• telemarketing new or existing prospects
• administrative follow up in CRM
REQUIREMENTS
• higher education, preferably in Chemistry
• commercial internal experience is a plus
• driven to help customers
• pro-active, problem-solver
• fluent Dutch, English, French (non-negotiable)
• other languages are a plus
