Currently for one of our Clients - global distributor of electronic, electric and pneumatic products dedicated to various industry sectors - we are currently looking for Internal Sales Manager for Eastern European countries.
The scope of duties would be:
We are looking forcandidates with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in managing sales team within industrial sectors, dynamism, business and goal orientation, strong leadership and fluent English.

Currently for one of our Clients - global distributor of electronic, electric and pneumatic products dedicated to various industry sectors - we are currently looking for Internal Sales Manager for Eastern European countries.
The scope of duties would be:
- Management and Leadership for international sales teams based in Warsaw and servicing markets of: Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary, working closely within a team of other Managers and team Leaders to create a confident, high performing and success-driven departmental culture.
- Responsible for planning and managing targets and driving team activities to achieve and over-achieve the targets.
- Working with Field Management team to develop aligned team action plans and strategies to drive sales growth and achieve EE Sales targets.
- Responsible for managing team portfolio analysis and planning; create and manage a team portfolio plan in order to determine appropriate activity to unlock maximum customer revenue.
- Enabling the team to deliver effective and accurate solutions to customers by ensuring quality service is delivered and targets are met.
- Responsible for recruiting, coaching, training ,development and performance management of Internal Sales Specialists to ensure high performance culture within team and department. .
- Motivating, inspiring and developing your team (12 people) to achieve their potential.
- Striving for new ways to improve the team’s performance and increase sales opportunities
