Our Client established in 2016 its SSC structures in Cracow and upon a success they decided to invest in bringing new talents on board and create Internal Control departmentwhich will cover European and LATAM markets. Currently they are looking for a Leader/Manager who will build and develop the new team in Cracow.
On this position you will be mainly responsible for following areas:
Team Management- Leader of a new team of Seniors and SOX Specialists, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager of the department, developing and providing guidance and support
Risk Management-implementation of financial control frameworks and analysis of local or Group-wide financial risk assessments as well as performing quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality risk and control execution.
SOX testing Subject Matter Expert-Leading the process to define Group SOX Policy and Controls’ financial control frameworks and methodology.Provide technical guidance and recommendations as a subject matter expert in SOX compliance in order to diagnose and develop recommendations to solve business unit level problems or the most complex customer cases, by providing expert solutions.
Relationship & Project Management-Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships across the organization, including with auditors, regulators and other sub-functions within the organization, in order to achieve engagement to change.
We are looking for a professional with previous experience while working in internal or external audit, with significant knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes. Fluency in English and very good Germanlanguage skills are also required. you need to present process improvement mindset with ability to take your own initiative, as well as the potential to be a leader of a small team.
