For our client - European Shared Services Organisation, located in Gdańsk we are looking for Candidates willing to work on a position of an Internal Audit specialist.
Working on this position, the Candidate will have to work closely as member of Internal Audit team of the company, performing regular quality review of the operational processes, reporting results, initiating ad hoc audit reviews basing on identified and reporting risks and weaknesses. Its duties will also include supporting European Audit team in planned activities both on local and European level. What is more, the perfect Candidate will be held responsible for preparing audit reports and addressing risks to the management, supporting business with building and executing remediation plans and monitoring its completion. Moreover the Candidate will be responsible for preparing long-range audit plans and aligned with the European Audit team and cooperating with IT, Compliance and ERP.
The perfect Candidate should have finance or accounting degree, formal internal audit certification (CIA) and significant experience (minimum 4 years) in several roles including shared services/global business services finance and accounting, financial controlling, consulting or internal audit. Experience in risk management, quality management or control functions and also in audit reviews reporting and addressing risks and issues is also required. What is more, we are looking for Candidates with analytical skills which paid attention to the detail and work well under pressure. Formal accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) will be appreciated.
