Moreover, you will be responsible for a team of 5 junior R&D professionals, so experience with management and leading teams is a must. You can share your knowledge and are still willing to learn yourself.
• Creating new product ideas
• Reading market research and drawing conclusions
• Communication with Sales, R&D and Production departments
• Keeping tabs on the market and anticipating changes
• Implementing these changes through practical product design

The Company
Please note: this is an interim assignment for several months with an hourly fee, including travel costs. 4 days a week are negotiable. The role includes occasional travel to other plants.Role Description
Are you aware of both the technical and commercial aspects of NPD? Then this position could be the challenge for you. Your main responsibility will be driving forward innovation, by keeping tabs on the market. What does the consumer want? What products could answer those needs? You answer these questions and translate them into R&D projects. Through your communicative personality, you can sell these ideas internally and lead your team. Please note that you will be involved in the product development process, so R&D experience is a must. It's the marketing aspect that can be taught.Moreover, you will be responsible for a team of 5 junior R&D professionals, so experience with management and leading teams is a must. You can share your knowledge and are still willing to learn yourself.
