Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
The company is a multinational with a wide variety of well-known brands.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Interim QA & SHE Manager, you will assist the QA Manager in managing the QA department and take over from the SHE Manager. You will help realize QA objectives and bring SHE up to date, creating awareness for safety issues in the production.
This is a temporary assignment for 6 months, for 3-5 days per week (with a preference for 5 days).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the QA Manager and manage a team of 2 QA employees.
- Monitor progress on QA objectives and follow up where necessary.
- Create awareness for SHE in the production.
- Bring SHE systems up-to-date, following up changes in legislation.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. Industrial Engineering Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biosciences, M.Sc. Bio-Engineering, or a similar background.
- At least 5 years of experience with Quality Assurance in a production environment in the food industry.
- At least 5 years of experience with SHE in a production environment.
- Leadership experience is a must.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
