Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
The organisation is focused on advancing technologies, products and services to enhance patient care and bring greater precision to every aspect of surgery.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Transportation Manager will be responsible for the OTD project, process design, project execution and the development of the governance structure. For this role we are looking for someone with a background in transportation and logistics next to project management and business processes.
This is a very urgent position for approximately 2 months!
RESPONSIBILITIES
OTD project:
- Develop framework
- Identify technology barriers
- Develop the new vision focusing on E2E visibility to enable prioritised actions
- Develop a project roadmap (Modelling and Scenario Analytics to support Business Decision`)
Process Design:
- Identify and define technical requirements for automation and data integrity
- Develop a project plan and detailed process maps
Project Execution:
- Build and test reporting functionalities
- Refine system controls and configuration
- Implement work shadowing and develop user documentation
Develop Governance Structure:
- Change enablement
- Focus on critical success factors
- Establish continuous communication framework
- Develop communication framework
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years experience in project management of business processes (preferably within transportation)
- Analytical skills and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of business warehouse, data repositories, data management and ERP (JDE, SAP)
- Ability to perform complex analysis and simulations
- Proven experience working in a highly complex environment
- Successful track record of developing and implementing transportation/logistics, supply chain technology solutions and business processes
