For our international Client- well- known manufacturing company located in Gliwice- we are looking for experienced Interim HR Manager.
In this role you will be cooperating closely with HR Manager and other Hiring Managers building the HR strategy and policy, taking and answering questions from employees and the general public regarding human resources issues, preparing a variety of reports including to human resource management programs and activities. You will be also responsible for all tasks connected with "soft" HR like: recruitment, trainings, people- development, employer branding activities, cooperation with external recruitment companies. To be successful in this role you have to also have experience and knowledge within administration and payroll (cooperation with Payroll Department). This role is needed due to the growth of the company approximately until June 2020.
The perfect candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience within this role, bachelor degree is a must (master degree in HR, Psychology preferred). Having experience for manufacturing companies will be an advantage. We are looking for motivated and involved Candidates who love working with people, are open- minded and business oriented.
